Please note that some items are non-returnable for hygiene and safety reasons, including opened film packs, developed instant photos, and personalized/custom-made items, unless they are defective or damaged upon delivery. We recommend inspecting your order carefully upon arrival and contacting us promptly if any issues are detected.

Damaged or Incorrect Items:
If you receive a product that is damaged, defective, or incorrect, please notify us within 5 calendar days of delivery. To help us process your claim efficiently, please provide clear photos showing the damage or error. Upon verification, we will offer you options including a replacement, full refund, or store credit. In cases where the fault is ours, we will also cover the return shipping costs.

Return Process:
To initiate a return, contact our Customer Service team via email or the contact form on our website, providing your order number, reason for return, and photos if applicable. Do not send any returns without prior authorization from us, as unauthorized returns may be refused or delayed.

Once your return request is approved, we will provide detailed instructions including the return address and any packaging requirements. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to an error on our part. We recommend using tracked shipping methods to ensure safe delivery of returned items.

Refunds:
After we receive and inspect your returned item(s), we will notify you regarding the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed within 3 to 10 business days to your original payment method. The time it takes for the refund to appear in your account may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.

Please note that original shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error. Partial refunds may apply if the item is not returned in its original condition or if only part of the order is returned.

Exchanges:
Currently, we do not offer direct exchanges. If you wish to exchange an item, please return the original product following the return process and place a new order for the desired item.

Cancellation:
If you wish to cancel your order, please contact us as soon as possible. If the order has already been shipped, cancellation will not be possible and the return policy applies once you receive the item.
